When I started, I was 188 lbs. and while I was physically active my diet was not the best. I would struggle with too many carbs, overeating on the weekends and occasionally too many drinks. Using other weight loss systems I might lose a few pounds, but I would always plateau around 180lbs. Working with Jacqueline helped me balance my diet, while still allowing for some food I enjoy.
